hi ruhi, i hv a 10mnth old baby, he was born in uk and when he was a month old i took him to India for 2mnths, my experince:
1. Travelling with a mnth old is rather peaceful than with 6mnth+ cuz babies then wont be still.
2. At about 1mnth babies get their 1st set of immunisations, so make sure u get them b4 u go to belgium.
3. Belgium will b very cold at that time , but dont worry kids adapt to the climate rather quickly than we think, esp thr will b heaters at home and everywhere to keep him warm.

Hence dnt worry and enjoy being a mum!!

Dont want to discourage you from travelling but I wud suggest to do extra research on possible dangers and then decide upon.

Also a lot would depend on familiarity of the place you are visiting and the kind of support that you hope to get in the new place. Because with babies you will have tons of anxieties and in unknown places jitters do increase.
Best of luck,

again dont worry coz babies bodies are naturally warmer than ours just keep her/him warm and find a gud pediatrician the babies there survive dont they? and hey on the flight dont feel bad but keep nursing as u take off coz it prevents baby from getting earache i felt bad whn we went to singapore last year and my little one developed such a bad earache and tat ruined our trip itself anyways stay in touch.

Dear All,

I'm Dr. Meghna Bharath. I'm a strong proponent of Natural Birthing.

In the run-up to becoming a Mom myself, I prepared for Natural birth and delivered naturally. Recently I encouraged and supported my younger sister and close friends deliver naturally as well [through remote advice, since we were across a 10-hour timezone :)].
