Waiting to try:hello Archie

Hi Archie,

I am the same girl from july2006 or August2006 expecting board. since I am not fit to post messages there, I had posted here.

Yes, I had a chemical pregnancy and as you said it's good that it ended up in the early stage. The bleeding I had in my first miscarriage was heavy compared to this time. The flow is very low now than my usual periods. Is this of any concern?
Also, do Men also require any prenatal vitamins, I mean any B-complex tablets. If yes, then could you suggest them.
I have Insurance and it covers pregnancy as any other sickness. But it doesn't cover infertility treatments not even the basics like blood work , hormones testing.
Thanks a ton for your reply.

Thanks Rekha for confirming my notion.
In fact a healthy man does not require supplement.
But if he want he can go to drug store and get a fertility blend for men. Since you conceived twice, I am not suspecting fertility and may not be a need for him to take medication.

if he must take something then he can take 'one a day pill for men'. It's blend of vitamins and amino acids. Nothing like a drug treatment. would not matter if he takes some vitamins as supplement, good for health.

I have suggested what I had to. Again will remind in the cycle you want to try, use bbt, cm and opk methods to pin point ovulation. try to know following:
Do you ovulate at least 14 days before expected period?
if you say no this question then progesterone level is not sufficient to support pregnancy and check with your ob if she can prescribe you progesterone that you can take from the day you ovulate till you experience menses or confirm pregnancy.

weak period? how weak. Like 1 in 40,000 cases can experience almost normal period and be pregnant at the same time. If you suspect that, why not to wait till the period finishes and then take a hpt. Remember this must be one week apart from the first day of menses. This is because you were found to be pregnant and in that case hCG would take a few days to go back to normal and you have high risk of getting false positive. But after a week it might not be false.

hang in here until a week to confirm what you experience is menses or false menses but you are pregnant.

good luck
Archie
