I am TTC from July, ,we had intercourse between CD10 to CD 20. i was having few pregnancy symptoms like feeling hungry and dizzyness sometimes.My periods got delayed by 15 days , mean while i checked at home and the result was negative . and when i got my periods the pain was unbearable ,i had vomitings and severe stomach pain. i showed to a Gynec ,she did an ultrasound and said it could be a cyst but not sure . after tht we didt try in next month as i was kinda scared bcoz of the stomach pain. then we again tried in month of september and november .had severe stomach pain and vomitings :( .
i dont know whats happening ..i know its only 3 months since we are trying .. but am worried abt the severe stomach ache, vomitings and abdomen pain.I cant bear the pain :(( ..how do i avoid it ? why is it happening only when we are trying for pregnancy ? Is something wrong with me ? Am a homemaker with absolutely no stress.
Archie if you can suggest something .. tht wud great
FYI : I am 24yrs, my Periods are regular - 30day cycle..never missed till date .
June 15th - CD 1
Aug 1st - CD 1
Sept - 1st - CD 1
October 15th -CD 1
November 15th - CD 1
December 18th - CD 1

Your case sounded so much like my own, only difference is you don't seem to have fever in luteal phase!

I had this all symptoms as you said for first 2 months of ttc and third month I made it sure to have dialogue with my OB and confirmed my doubt.

Sometime these things happens due to cyst, not the ovary cyst but some physiological cyst. I had to remove one of the two in my third cycle. From there it was better.

Do you stay longer in bed after intercourse?

If cycles are 30 days then avoid intercourse for first 12 days and have only for CD12 to CD16 for once a day. Stay in bed only for 20-30 minutes after intercourse, empty bladder and then get back to bed, you will be fine.

all these symptoms tell that things are progressing and although it's taking a little time I am positive that in a few months you will hit success.

You have two options to continue with ttc or start BCP.

no suggestion

there is no suggestion on what to ask to your OB. You may not have physiological cyst either. It goes, case by case.
I meant either bear with discomfort (continue with ttc) or avoid getting pregnant (start BCP).
Yes, BCP means Birth Control Pill.

Hi Archie,
First of all,I would like to Thank you for your time and immediate reply.
1. I will continue with TTC as i want to conceive and your question abt me staying in bed after intercourse .. yes i stay in bed for about 30mins with pillow under my hips.
2.Does BCP means Birthcontrol pills ? till now i didt take any .Am not clear with the other part of question - Start BCP
3.I am planning to visit OB next week . Is there anything specific you would suggest me to check with OB like Physiological cyst?
