dear friends, iam undergoing depression because of my motherinlaw .i visited a counsellor who prescribed me to take the medicine called PEXEP CR to calm down.iam a bit nervous to take the medicine are these antidepressants the only cure to come out of depression or is ther any other way out di bh replied. Hey it does help to take medicine. But in this case you dont want them to give them something to celebrate .Why dont u try something to do so that u dont have to think about your MIL.start by taking some classes in art or your nearest library .Hey i did the same i used internet as my anti depressant and its worked. sneha replied. hi dear
anti depression meds will help but it will not chance your thinking and your attitude towards life
i have a friend who also went through same thing she was made to believe she was mad and taken to assylum by her inlaws
life sometimes is tough but we have to fight with it the more we get depressed the more is victory of people who want to depress us
i would suggest you join the art of living course .u can search it on the net.they have their branches all over the world . i am 100 percent sure it will help u .they charge for it but it is worth
i have seen worst cases of depressed people coming out and living happily after this course it is just 5 days couse where u will have to invest 3 to 4 hours for 5 days
here is another case where one girl was so much depressed she had halucinations and saw people and images which didnt exist
