These are my question to you.

I am US citizen and I have applied for my brother and sister in August 2004 both are married with kids. My parents are in US on Green Card base. This is my questions to you.
(1) After 5 years can they apply for us citizen and how long is the process?
(2) Can my parents apply for my brother and sister after they become US citizen? How log will this take?
(3) With me applying it how long would it take for my brother and sister’s files?

Please help me.
