Due Date Club August 2007:Info about Lamaze classes

Hello All,

I have been trying to post this info for the last couple of weeks but I get an error everytime.

My husband and I attended Prenatal & Lamaze Classes conducted by Ms Biba Bhusri (in Bangalore) last month. The classes were informative wrt prenatal health, exercises, childbirth, contractions, breathing and relaxation exercises for labour, taking care of the lil' one for the first couple of months etc. It feels very comfortable and assuring to be informed about childbirth and I am eagerly looking forward to it now :) I suggest, if possible, please attend a Lamaze session to approach labour very confidently.

Warm Regards & All the Best,
Anitha

I was looking for childbirth classes , my sister in law recommeded me Asha Medical Foundation classes .I heard from her that they are really good in teaching alll about exercises and diet My gyn also confirmed that Asha is good and staff told her everything she needs to know. Lamaze session is taught in all the classes also is exercise. I joined their classes and diet session was quite informative and it is not very medical or technical . please do attended these classes as they really help you through pregnanacy

Prenatal classes are becoming an integral part of the regime for pregnant women.

They are now considered to be an effective way to learn about pregnancy and child care and boost confidence levels, help de-stress, reduce perceptions of pain and thereby help with a better child birth experience.

I have heard of Ms Bhusri, but my gyn recommended Asha at Indirnagar and Ms Priya Srinivas,so I went along with my gyn advice. i had great experience and it really help me and my husband get though to stress

attended pregnancy classes in my 7th month at Asha Medical Foundation.I had very wonderful expereince .The lectures were especially for for first time mom like me and they actually tell u about the diet , breathing exercises for relief during labour pain and positions to b taken during labour. The main focus of these classes are for normal delivery.my instructors both Shami and Priya Srinivas were very good in explaining and I got to know lovely interesting facts about pregnancy.
