Hay Sania..Do u know the step of pranayam yoga and kapabhati yoga??
Also pl tell me that my hair is short..Jzt few inches longer from my shouldier and itis thin too.So plz tell me wat shuld i do with my hair.I want long silky, thick hair.H0w can i increase the length of my hair.I apply oil on my hair daily in night and than wash in the next morning..Is it good or not?My mom sayz that don't wash ur hair daily.
Alsoo i want to reduce my waist size and hips.

i apologise whole heartedly as im unaware of the terms paranayam yoga and kapabhati yoga..never heard of em!but dont get disheartened,i do know an amazing remedy for ur hair.since ur hair is thin,just trim it a bit.use the following stinky mixture once a week:
1 beaten egg,1 tbsp yoghurt,1 tsp each of almond oil,castor oil,apple cider vinegar and mustard oil.mix all the ingredients well..and u may need someone to hold ur nose..it really stinks...but u will get used to it..just like i did..and the results are worth it!massage this mixture well into ur scalp and hair.let iot stay till it completely dries off.it might take an hour or so.then,shampoo it off twice using a good volumising shampoo.i got thick and healthy hair by using herbal essences shampoo.dove is also good.use this moxture every week once atleast for a month.u will notice great difference after the very first application!include more proteins in ur diet as well for ur hair.drink a glass of milk daily and eat a boiled egg too.its true that u should not wash ur hair daily with shampoo.limit the frequency to thrice a week.
for ur figure,u need to start exercising right away.if ur above 18,u may go for dieting,if not,dont do it..it will affect ur height.just control ur diet.cut back on fizzy drinks,chocolates,fatty,oily and over excessively sweet foods.cut back on tea and coffee as well for ur general health.eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies.eat proteins,carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals.
a good hip reducing exercise is to bang ur hips against the wall..it may sound funny,but its effective!u should brisk walk daily for 30 minutes and do the hip exercise for 5 minutes.do this daily.be active most of the time.avoid sitting too much.instead,u should be agile.work around the house.but always remember not over do anything.over exercising will cause muscles to develop.so..be moderate.even in ur diet..who has restricted u from eating anything?once u get a fit figure,u can treat urself moderately with ur fave junk food.even during slimming,once a week,u may have ice cream or a burger or anything u crave.never destroy ur life in the pursuit of ur goals..coz the biggest goal u have to accomplish is life.best of luck and ake care sweety!
