I would like to inform all teh gulliable wanna be parents to think twice before draining al your money to Dr patil.
She is (and her staff) one of the rudest people around who would say anything to any patient when apart from his treatment he requires bit of motivation and consolness is worried patients. For every visit she would charge you seven fifty to eleven hundred. first visit is four thousand fixed. This suctions would continue till she eventually drains twenty thousand from you and would then tell you real problem. She takes tousand rupees for every word (rude one of course) she says and that too only if you ask. The spemen collection room is right in front of waiting lounge were the staff lady who hands you bottle sits right in front of gate with other patients in front expecting you jerk with a evil smile face. there is no privacy when you talk to doctor when she asks several embaracing questions like when u have and how u have it right in front of 5-6 ladies nurses in her roon noting / watch your story and smiling. She sees 2 patients at a time running around 2 rooms giving each patient avarage 30 secs to tell his issue. She also shouts and gets rude in case you ask the same question again just in case you do not understand what she is doing or planning to do. You would always be reffered to by some incompitant doctor from wockhardt hospital.
I was told all is ok with me and my wife. after 2 months of treatment when nothing happened she did not even uttered a work to explain the reason and starting blabbering when asked.
It is better if you do not become parent rather than suffer humilition with her in her clinic.

Hi, well last 2 months has been full of surprises for me. I have seen atleast 3 sucess cases in Dr. Madhuri Patil' s clinic...including mine. So i would strongly recommend her to all of you. Nevermind if she doesnt sit and counsels, one needs a doctor and she is a good one. keeping my fingers crossed !

Ankur Fertility Center on West of Chord road in Rajajinagar and Diacon at 1st block rajajinagar are couple of other IVF clinics that I am aware of. Dr. Malathi Rao and Dr. Beena Vasan are available at both the centers. I would recommend Dr. Malathi Rao as I have conceived in the very first cycle of IUI. Best part is that she performed me the IUI and I was so lucky. She will not recommend IVF un-necessarily. So just head to Diacon/Ankur(rajajinagar) or Manipal Hospital(airport road) or Northside Manipal hospital(malleshwaram). You could also see Dr. Nandini Devi at Northside hospital for infertility related issues. Dr. Vasan and Dr. Nandini devi are trained under Dr. Malathi Rao. She is a very senior doctor and is very friendly during consultation.

i just visited patil' s clinic.well..she explains everything if you ask..n same in my case..every injection ,every process was answered.
aper from that this is 3rd month i m visiting her..n in all these three months i have seen many conceving.
so ,i m just trying to say,if ypu are visiting her,Trust her..
n 4r all everything will be fine..its just a matter of luck:))
i am hoping same 4r me..tho my ist IUI didn work..

Hi, I have been going to Dr. Madhuri Patil for last 4 months and inspite of 4 IUI´ s, there has been no luck. I dont blame the doctor but have lot of doubts in my mind about the sucess ratio. In the last 4 months, i have not seen any sucessful cases..so wondering how much time does it really take. It sometimes feel like its all about luck...but then science doesnt beleive in luck. When i ask Dr. Patil about reasons for IUI to fail, she would only say that it can be because of soo many reasons....Not the answer i was looking for.
Are all infertility experts the same ?

I went to Doc. Madhuri Patil last year, and that experience i can never forget. She is the most arrogant and unprofessional gyno i found till now. In past i have met numerous gyno' s but Dr. Patil is the worst, even in terms of the output. She has left me so frustrated by her treatment tht i almost went into depression.
Now i am going to Dr. Nirmala in J.P Nagar. She seems to be more sensible and has very good practical approach. Atleast she will tell you why she is suggesting you some treatment, before starting it. Though she seems to be a bit rough but she is good lady. I am yet to start my treatment with her.

Even Dr. Gunasheela is very good. one of my friend conceived thru IVF recently. but again, waiting period will kill you there also..... you need to have very good patience to go to Gunasheela & Kamini Rao. but i herd that its not senior Gunasheela who will treat you, her daughters are in -charge now. You need to take special appointment to meet her.

Please tell how much it will cost you for IVF in Dr.Nirmalas hospital .Dr kamini Rao suggested me to go for a IVF .The cost will be around 50 thousand excluding hospital charges.I have to decide between Dr Ramaraju,Kamini rao,Dr Malathi Rao, and Dr madhuri Patil.So please suggest ........who is best ??????.

This is a message for everyone in general.I haven taken treatment for nearly 2 years.3 docs in the USA and 2 in India.the last one where i succeeded was with Dr.Maduri Patil.I am not very fond of her either but I never lost patience.I had a doc in USA who was very kind and listened to all u´ r problems but did nothing..So I guess from that point i started to look in a doctor as a person rather than a counselor.

i also undergone 2 yrs tretmt in Mr Madhuri patils clinic... she never talks.. we don´ t know wht is happening..
i end up paying more than 2lakhs for her but no result...this is for ur info pl

can i get Dr. Nirmala´ s phone no to call her. Also will she also treat for my husband as his sperm count is low.

Hi, I have been reffered to Dr. Madhuri Patil for my infertility treatment and IUI, wanted to check your experience in her clinic.

She is very bad .She has priscribed Latroz which is for cancer and banned for Pregrancy use. SO I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO AFC.

Some exp that helped us shift to Dr.Nirmala are as follows:

1- Patil is 1 man army so something happens to her schedule or her health you loose everything, whilst Dr. Nirmala has a huge army of expertise who CAN take action on her advise, in worst case.
2- Patil never gives you explanation for the treatment she´ s putting you to, Nirmala explains WHY even b4 u ask.
3- When u undergo IVF @Patil you´ ll be wheeled out of OT in frnt of all the waiting patients and maybe into a room where a husb is already accompanying his wife... and mind you no curtains..... however @ Nirmala each IVF/IUI bed is separated with curtains so even if another man is present in the room.. no hassel. Also there are 2 opaque glasses between OT-waiting room, waiting room-public area.
4- @Nirmala b4 starting any medicine they check if ur tubes are blocked or no.. whilst Patil assumes that all´ s well untill 4 IUI cycles fail only to do laproscopy and find that you´ re suffering with Endo grade 4 and blocked tubes and adhesions.
I was put on 8 cycles of enhanced ovulation - 4 self try, 4 IUI b4 any test was done on tubes.
5- Radiologist @Nirmala can find ur choc cysts with the basic ultrasound m/c which Patil is not able to scan even with the daily scans she put you to.
6- At Nirmala everything is planned & timed(except the delay in consultation Q ), at Patil everything is God´ s decision and her convinience.

Maybe Patil will learn and evolve.. I hope its sooner for other patients.

Me too going to Dr.Madhuri Patil for quiet sometime. But no luck so far. But she is good comparative to others doctors I visted in the past in Bangalore.

I HAD TUBAL PREGNENCY,AND DR CHITRA WAS MY GYNO..SHE NEVER CARED 4R A GOOD SONOGRAPHY..AS A RESULT I WAS OPERTED ANY MY RIGHT TUBE WAS REMOVED :((
THEN I MOVED TO DIWAKAR HOSPITAL..AFTER 4 MONTHS OF TREATMENT,THEY ASKED ME TO SEEDR PATIL..
ITS 3RD MONTH I M SEEING HER..FIRST MONTH SHE DID SCAN..2ND MONTH SHE DID IUI WITHOUT ANY BLOODTEST..
NOW THIS MONTH THEY ASKED ME 4R MY BLOODTEST REPORTS WHICH DR PATIL NEVER ASKED ME TO GO 4R..SO MY FIRST IUI WAS DONE WITHOUT ANY BLOOD TEST..
WHEN BLOOD TEST WAS DONE MY TSH AWS LIL HIGH..SO NOW SHE HAS GIVEN ME MEDICINE 4R 2 MONTHS..
PPL SAY THAT IF YOU ARE GOING 4R NY TREATMENT..U HV TO TRUST UR DOC..BUT WITH ALL THESE STUFF..I JUST CANT TRUST HER ANYMORE..I MEAN DR CHITRA(SAGAR APPOLO HOSPITAL)..SHE WAS SO CARELESS..AND AGAIN DR PATIL..
I WAS SO DEPRESSED..BUT CANT HELP..
IF YOU ARE VISITING DR PATIL..MAKE SURE THAT YOUR POCKET IS FULL..
COZ IT COST AROUND 25K 4R MY IUI(WHICH INCLUDES INJECTION N ALL)..

I know how it is when u r trying to conceive and nothing seems to be happening. I was going to Dr. Madhuri Patil for almost a year and came out 2 lakhs poorer but with nothing to show for it. The worser part than the money involved was the lack of compassion or concern while handling a human being. So, from my experience I can say that it is not a place I´ d ever visit again. But as I´ ve never been to other places, I cannot suggest anyone else either :). Sorry yaar and ALL THE BEST :)

Dr. Madhuri is a good doctor with attention to detail. I liked her treatment though the IUI procedure didn't work for me.
