Hi All MTBs,

Hope you are all doing very well and enjoying the bliss...
I am in my 28th week and i still only feel very irregular movements... More hiccups than movements... Today for example, the bub has only hiccupped a couple of time since 4am and not moved at all... On Sat it was moving almost constantly the whole day...
How does one figure out whether things are normal? I feel quite anxious if the bub doesnt move for a long time (more than 4-5 hours)...
Please share your experiences...

hi Tanvi,

After eating, lie on your left side and count the movements, you should feel atleast 10 movements in 1 hr. slight movements also counts as 1. shouldyou have any doubt...dont wait, go to the doctor office to check.
