regarding your doubt oabout omega3,not all omeag 3 arederived from a fish source...i recommend you a product called Expecta lipil. it is from a compmay called Enfamil it is gel type tablet of 200mg. take daily 1 softgel it will do lot of good top your baby.i am in the 6 month i have started taking them from my 3rd month.i got them from USA by my cousin sister.They are available in WALMART also. by having these gels you would be giving the best start to your baby's life.

Omega3 Fatty acids are extremely useful in a child's brain development. Walnuts is a VERY rich source. My wife used to have tons of these esp towards the end of her first pregnancy (when the brain is actually forming inside) and our first baby seems to be a genius. :-) He is abt 11 months old and is already showing signs of immense ingenunity.
