Hi Roopa
You must be aware that I had diabetes during my pregnancy. So I was on diet and did lots of walking so I had no such problem, but one of my friends had a very large tummy after her delivery. It looked like she had one more to deliver. She did lots of walk and in 6 months time her tummy has almost gone. So I would suggest you to take out 15 min in your busy schedule and do walking for 4 times (equivalent to 4 km). I am sure this will help you a lot.
How is Yashita doing??
Lots of love to her.
Take care
