how are u doing?how is little vrisa?in one of ur earlier message u have mentioned abt the bday cake like u will be doing it for her bday.so u baked at home or ordered.can u please let me know the recipe .thanks in advance
maurni replied. We are all doing well. Vrisa is on the move now and no more crawling so keeping herself very occupied.:-))

For her b-day I was going to make an angel-food cake and layer it int he middle with a fresh crushed strawberries and fresh cream and then cover the whole cake with Fresh cream and place strawberries, Kiwi, blueberries and raspberries on the top.
I made a trial cake a few days before the main day and though the cake turned out fine, I realised I would have had to make at least three of those cakes for the number of ppl that were coming to the party. So we ended up ordering the cake from a bakery which was really nice as well. I can e-mail you the exact ingredients if you would like.. send me your e-mail address to maurni30 @ yahoo . com
