My daughter is 10.5 weeks old and still has red skin on her eye lid, any solutions.

Doc says not to worry but i wish it would go..

Same here - Don't worry

Hi AB. Shreya too has red skin on her eyelids. Checked with doc, the oil pores on babies take some time to settle the secretion, hence the redness. It goes and comes back again but will subside soon. I know pain to take pictures, but be patient and there is nothing to worry, rub olive oil to help reduce discomfort, if the baby seems restless cause of it.

My baby is 6 weeks old and even she has red skin on her eyelids. I guess it will go away on her own coz her doc did not mention anything abt it, and I didn't ask her.
