am going to deliver the baby soon...i went for my routein checkup...dr found some protein in my urien... am a bit worried abt that.. what shud be the precaution that urien shud be normal in next visit...please suggest me...what to do and what not to do...hope i will get my reply soon..thanku

Dear dost,
as long as you have no problem with your bP and weight gain profile a little protein will not matter. Stay healthy and rest well. Next visit will show normal urine. You don't have to do anything. Try to avoid lot of carbohydrates and salt.

hi archie...my weight gain is normal... and bp number is also good in last visit.... so that means no need to worry abt..thanks archie..will take rest time to time..and will avoid carbs and salt. one more question is there..hope am not bothering you much..please do reply me..just completed 36th week....but still my baby is not yet ingaged in pelvic region....so am thinking abt that too...is there any exercise or something for getting the baby ingaged their..please suggest me something..as i m first time mom...thanku ...dost
