Dear friends
I 'm pregnant for 9 weeks...i had a first check up with doctor ...she checked me up and said that i'm okay...and i should eat more proteins...
i'm a vegetarian...now a days i have aversion to foods...i feel like vomiting.....i'm also already poor in eating..i'm very much afraid that i may miss the nuturtion in my food. So can anyone tell me what are the food i should aviod..and food rich in protein to eat regularly...can u also pl. tell me food plan to eat regularly...all the healthy ones..
since i have a aversion towards food...i feel that i may miss some good healthy food...that may affect my baby...
i'm worried about it...so pl. help me friends in choosing good diet and foods...'

hey congrats on ur pregnancy! guess u will be due in aug/sep! even im due that time! u can join the respective due date club! dont worry too much abt nutrition! u jus need to eat right. our dhal has protein, low fat milk, yogurt, panner, tofu, soyabeans..this must be gud enuf i guess. where do u live? r u working? deopending on that u can chart out ur nutritional diet! all the best.
