Diya doesn't like whole milk. How many of you have started weaning your babies? How is it going?
Please let me know how you are feeding them solids. What are the kind of food which you give for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I was successful in feeding him wholemilk for about a month. Now he's again on exclusive BM +solids.

Breakfast = Idly (1 or 1.5)
Snack = Boiled carrots or An Orange
Lunch = Rice mashed with curd/ghee and some boiled veggies
evening = Banana, A piece of bread (if he's in a good mood)
Mid Evening (If he wakes up late from his noon nap) Sweet potatoes/Mix Veggies (Gerber) or Some Shrikhand (Amul)

BM in the morning, Evening and At Night.

I'm really worried about the liquid in-take.. Am experimenting with various options, the latest being making shakes with some fruit (Banana, Chikoo or Strawberry). Maharaj is kind enough to drink around 3 oz of this, if a)the fruit is not a we bit sour b)The right consistency-not too thick or thin and c) if he's kept occupied with some picture book or something..

Hw's the scene with you? 1.5 Hrs with one solid feed -It's really a good idea to givve her some wholemilk.

paddoo maurni replied. Thanks for your reply to Vrisa's photos message. Her name is pronounced with a half v and half r kind of like vr in vrindavan.. vrisa. I don't know if that helped.
As for milk, I have been gradually adding it to her formula. Her doc suggested that I do it that way so that she can get used to the taste. I don't know what you can do if you are breastfeeding. Perhaps, pumping and adding a little to that? Vrisa hasn't has any issues yet but I am taking my time with it.
