Thanks so much for your birthday wishes for Vrisa. I am still trying to get over the fact that it's already a year since my 19 hrs of labour and then an emergency c/s. The memories of that delivery are still so vivid in my mind.
I am having a bit of a challenging time getting things ready for her party and it's not even going to be that big. I guess I want everything to be just right. Having my mom here to help is wonderful.
Padoo, you were asking about cardio or yoga, I personally would alternate with each. do cardio one day and yoga the next day. That way your body won't get used to the same excercise quickly and you will get a little bit of both. My weight has gone up again. Pregnancy really blows my whole body up. My appetite hasn't gone up and I am eating a lot more healthy food than when I was pregnant with Vrisa. I have more time to prepare my meals and eat lots of fresh fruits and veg but the water retention takes over. I am already 130 lbs. My normal weight after Vrisa's birth was 110 lbs. so 20 lbs added in 3 months. oh well! I am making the most of it. Hope the weight loss will be as quick after the next baby as it was with Vrisa.
