hi priya, for cheese..we give small, but try getting a recipe from net, how to make it..the amt of milk you need to make a small slice/amount,is just the same or prob more than we give to babies to drink..thats y we give less.
i tried making mozerella at home,,it didnt come out well, though, but i ended up spoiling whole can of milk.got a very tiny bowl of mozerella bt its not that soft like outside one..will try sometimes later again.
about lapsi, yes i make it on sat/sundays. i make fada lapsi, the one i just mentioned, other is ghav ni laapsi.. if we offer to god we put some gor/jaggery and then sprinkle sugar on the top while we eat the prasad...but to regularly eat, we mix sugar in the actual recipe.i offer to god so i make it that way. i was joshi, as you know, we brahmins follow the tradtions,,but try watever suits you.
shira maa pan same.. gor no shiro/jaggery sheera will be tastier than khaand(sugar)...to gods we offer rava no sheero..
hope this helps.i wrote both separately like the way i use..and both are great in cooker :)

Hetal when you give cheese you are giving small amounts not like you wouldgive formula. also milk is heavier then formula.....That is why you introduce at 1 year onwards.
Priya
Although i did not know about what would happen when overboilibng formula until sheeja told me. I will check with ped.

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
