Belated wishes to you ! So how did u celebrate ur b'day ? How are u doing otherwise.

Just had my weekly check up today... Know what girls....I've lost 200 gms this week !! And I actually did'nt find it quite amusing when my doc said it was okay !! Any idea friends,--why i could have lost weight rather than gaining ??? So I was pretty dissapointed to see my pathetic weight gain !!And i thought staying and taking rest at home would help increase my weight !!

Else BP etc was fine. As i complained of less movements .. the doc also did a CTG ...which turned out normal. So thats a releif. Next week..same day I have my check up along with a scan.

Jyostna...i know how bad it is when ur down with a flu & cough...and worse when u cannot even take any medications. But take it easy...You'll have to rely on home remedies for now.

Sakhi & mekha...both of u take care as well.
Insomnia bothers me as well Mekha....and worse I cannot even bring myself to sleep in teh day time !! Hmmmmm...Guess we just have to take it one day at a time now !!

Still here

Girls, I am still pregnant and waiting. Thanks a lot for your greetings, the day went very well with my husband and mom doing lots of nice fun things and with gifts and flowers.
The current mood that I am in if someone asks if I had the baby I will yell !! Getting restless and impatient, I am sure you guys will understand where I am coming from. I have my appointment today, if any developments will keep you all posted. Jyotsna, thanks for the mail and wishes, will be in touch.Take care nivea, mekha and sakhi.

Hi Nivea

Weight loss in last month is very common Nivea. In fact, as I read, you don't put on any weight in last month rather we loose. So it is perfectly fine. The growth of your baby is complete in 8th month itself, in 9th month, baby just only preparing for birth and he/ she is practicing normal body functions (like breathing, liver, urination). So don't worry about that. My Dr. also told me last time that you will not gain any weight in this month but I am gaining ... May be because I am eating too much after my mom arrived here. She is cooking all yummy food !!!

I have my weekly checkup tomorrow. Padmaja, where are you ? Already in hospital ??? keep posting? Jyotsna, Mekha keep in touch.

Thanks for the encouragement sakhi.
And i beleived that at teh last month--we normally put on 1/2 kg a week !!
And yu know anything amiss...becomes a cause of concern.

I delivered a beautiful baby girl on 23rd November
at around 2 a.m. She weighed at 8lb 13oz & is 21\"; tall. It was a normal delivery, the mom & the baby are doing fine. We named her \";Shreya\";.
