How do u calculate ur lunar age? I always get confused about the age we should put in chinese calendar. Please tell me the site address u found the lunar age & chinese calendar.

Hi Terri
I used chinagold calendar using mother's & child's birthdays.Of all 12 cases I tried only 5 turned out to be correct.Even for me & my sister, it says "Boy" I wonder how far r these calendars true?Ignore these things & find out through ultrasound.Have a healthy & happy pregnancy. Best of Luck

I went so far I've been on two websites that say that you should use your lunar age because that's what the chinese use. One website is chinagold. It converts your age to your lunar age and your conception to the lunar month. This chart has been correct for two of my family members. The other is obfocus, it also converts to your lunar age. Let me know what you think. I've used both for my other children and they were correct. If you do a search on baby gender predictions, you'll find a lot of websites to visit.

according to the chinese calender and the info given my you, the cal. prdicts a GIRL.
i don't know how far this cal. is true ad its accuracy !! so just wait till your 25/28 th week ultra-sound and can find out then.

i have no idea how accurate the chinese cal is. when i was preg. i calculated the gender of the baby using my actual date of birth and i soon came to know that it w as true with the ultra-sound.
so thats the reason i calculated yours taking your actual dob.
why don't you wait till the ultra-sound and ask the doc itself?

Thank you for your kind words and I know I shouldn't worry like this. I found out that when using the chinese calendar, you have the convert the persons age to ther lunar age which is usually 1 or 2 year more. My lunar age is 33, which means boy for the conception month of April. Do you agree or am I grasping for straws

I can understand ur worry.. having 3 girls.. but terri its all in gods hands. U cannot do anything now.. so why do u want to find out the sex of the 4th baby now.. it will worry u all the more if u find out its a girl.. So just wait for the d-day and even if its a girl be happy. But please dont go on trying for babies till u get a boy. Instead of trying for a 4th baby you could have adopted a boy.. Anyway, whats done is done. I will pray for it to be a boy.. But whatever it is, dont lose heart and accept ur baby happily. All the best!
