my bf is very stressed these days so when i meet him or he has a free time i give him a massage on his head. i take some hot oil and massage his head for 20 minutes and he immediately go to sleep. he feel relax. it increases love between us too. he feels like i am his support system.
he also a buddha follower and sometimes do meditation.

The massage usually goes between 25 – 45 minutes, and may or may not use certain oils in the hair and on the body. Starting at the upper back, the Indian Head masseuse begins by applying pressure to points that dissolve knots and relax the muscles.
