Hello friends,

We were blessed with a bouncing baby boy on Sunday at 19.48 hrs. He weighed about 7 lbs and is healthy. I went to the hospital on Sunday morning after timing my contractions, they kept me under observations for about 3 hours and decided to break my water bag since they thought there was too much fluid around the baby. After breaking my membrance, they were supposed to induce labor but before they could do that, they noticed that the baby's heart beat was getting lower and lower, so a C Section was decided immediately and I was rushed to the operation theatre at about 7.15 and in no time, they cut open and got by boy out. It was a very very tensed moment for us but all's well that ends well. We have a bouncing baby with us now. He keeps me awake all night for his pee pee and poo poo and of course to feed him. I try and catch sleep whenever he is asleep.

Thanks to you all for being such great virtual friends. We should keep this going.
