The complexion of my skin is fair and I hardly break out, but my chin is a darker color. It didn't used to be like that. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. I know it's not due to acne or the sun. It gets lighter when I scrub my chin more than usual, when I'm washing my face,but I know thas bad, cause my chin starts getting red and I start getting small pimples. How can I get my chin to be the same skin color as the rest of my face.

rub potato n cucumber juice in that darker area to make it ligter.u can see the difference in few days.
