Hey Everyone.........I am officially back.... :)

Firstly, Thank you all so much for all your wishes... I was overwhelmed and very touched when I read all of them....Thank you Thank you Thank you...

Just Got back after a 4 night stay at the hospital and although I am glad to be back home, am still adjusting to not having the nurses around to help...much like Radhika did.

Anyways.... My baby boy's name is NIKHIL meaning \";Everything\"; cause he sure is my everything.... :)
He weighed a little over 6 pounds when he was born and was 19 inches long....and he sure is a little cutie...and makes me very happy...

My delivery was not as dramatic as everyone else's... I went to the hospital cause the doc called and said that I would need to have a c-section done (cause of an abdominal surgery I had had a few years back.. which she didn't think would cause any delivery related problems earlier)... So, after a hospital admission, spinal block and an incision my bean was born... :)

Arshiya, Ashna is a great name.....I am so happy for you...I am glad your delivery was short and easy... :)

Vindhya, I thought about you while I was away.. Cant wait for you to see your little princess...it is worth everything we went through and much much more...How's everything going with you??????

Congratulations again. Nikhil is a beautiful & a meaningful name, I am sure he is the light of your life. How is your little bean doing? Whom does he resemble, is he like you? Do post his pictures soooooooooon.

Sorry to hear about the abdominal surgery and a C-Section now. But, as you say, it's all worth it. I wish you a speedy recovery. Was it painful?

I had an appointment today, nothing eventful. Still no signs of labor whatsoever. Doctor hasn't spoken about induction yet. Apparently, Dec 2nd is not the date, she said I have to speak with an OB next week. Let's see what happens.

Anyway, back to you. Are you getting used to sleepless nights. Was nursing easy? October board does have lots of tips, I wish our board follows the same.
