Hi All,

My last QBC showed a fall in my Haemoglobin from 11.9 to 10.8 Is this normal ? How do I recover back. Please advise

figs , black raisins & dark green leafy veg r a good source of iron.
I am having them every day.. try it. Take care

Hello Fatema,
That is normal, as your blood volume increase, RBC will decrease. Ask your doc about iron pill. Currently I am taking one.

Hi,

Aparna thanks for your reply.

Actually doc had given me Zincoferin my 3rd visit but the tablet had a lot of reaction. I started having a lot of acidic probs too. In my 4th visit the doc advised to take the dosage on alternate days. But the probs continued. Last week my doc changed the prescription and now i am taking Trifer. Its chewable iron tab. I hope this will make up the loss.

Please let me know more abt you ?
