hi
I m new here.its my first pregnancy and my due date is 14th aug.my level 2 scan was done and all is fine.but my vit.d level is low and my doctor said i had to start supplements 4 it.i want to knw hw much iron and vit.d are recommended by ur doctors at this stage.I m also getting worried about my labour day.I knw there is a lot of time 4 it bt wht should i do 2 relax.

Hi Namita, I am due on aug 14th too. Yuppie!!! This is my second time. I have a 21/2 year old girl. And the more you think abt the labor part, the more you' ll be tensed. Its best to just read up on wats available and don' t try to imagine a lot. Enjoy your time.

congrats n welcome!!
im due on 15 th aug. Its my first baby too. im taking a multi-vitamin given by my gynac. it has iron, vit-d n all other vitamins n minerals.
I know its natural to think of labour/ delivery n get tensed. Even i think of that day n get scared!! but there is lot of time for that so i suggest you just try relax n enjoy your 2nd trimester as much as you can. keep yourself busy by spending time with hubby,reading books or watching funny movies as later on once baby comes you will become busy.
Eat well, rest well, be happy, think only positive n leave rest to god:-)

Its great to hear such positive views. i m trying to do sm relax.I m also taking multivit.as prescribed by my gynac.i hope every one of us will hv smooth and comfortable pregnancy.

horlicks with milk

i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
