But I've alot of gas problem now, sometimes I even get pain in my tummy, chest and back all because of the gas. Anybody know any solution for this? Any natural food solution, without any medication? Any advice please......

Hi Semo,
So it would be better have only some food because it may create some gastric problem to you again and in pregnancy there must not be any risk.

Do you cook it with ginger and hing. It is supposed to help. Are you in the US? Can you check about using Beano drops along with food?
