I hope everyone who has already delivered is enjoying with ur new bundle of joy....sorry regarding my hubby's after dad memory my baby girl was born on 20 oct not on 21st october..since he is overexcited he has changed the date... here is my experience..
As of u all know i was abt induced on satur the 18th but since my doc was in some emergency she asked me to get admitted on 20 th morn the monday..i got admitted around 11.00 am then my water was broke ..they started giving me a small dosage of pitocin,then later i started having strong contractions around 5.00 as they started increasing the pitocin..by then contractions have become too strong so i was not able to bear the pain & asked for epidural.By the time i got the epidural i was 5 cm dilated..everything went very smoothly until 7.30 after that my contractions were too strong & the baby cudnt take it anymore ,so as i get contx baby's heart rate was dropping down frm 150 to 80,so they stopped the pitocin ,then baby's HR has become normal when i got the next contx again the heart rate went down,it happend thrice,in matter of 5 mins they decided to do an c/sec i was taken to the operation theatre the very next min as they see baby's HR dropping down,everything was over by 15 mins and my angel was born on 20th oct mon
9:01 pm weigh:7lbs 2oz ht:20in, she has got tons of hair on her head,docs were really amazed by seeing her hair..she is so sweet & adorable .i still cant believe that she is here & i was holding her for 9 mons..we named her as Tanaaz Ahamed....i will soon post her pic..take care ..

I also had a C-section and the first week was terrible but now in the second week it is much better.So let me know if u need anything .Enjoy new motherhood.

Radhika replied. Congrats ashra...guess we again share a lot in birth exp..and baby hair. ALl the talk in the hospital was about her thick hair at birth and all wanting to hold..Praveen wanted her to have her trim :)
Anyway congrats..and enjoy..lots of hard work but fun to look at her smiling isn't it..hate c-section though..takes longer to heal..tried so hard to avoid it.
Anyway , baby's health more imp than our later prob..

That is an amazing birth story and I am so glad that you and Tanaaz are doing well. Tanaaz is such a lovely name, I hope you are recovering well and the baby is keeping you happy all the time. Enjoy parenting.
