Hi All,

This is Arun from Chennai & my medical history is as follows.

Sperm count (Before Wash) – 110 million / ML. Active Motile – 70. After Wash – 27 million. Active Motile – 20. My wife’s (Age 23 married for 2 ½ years) tests revealed the following: FSH – 14.09, LH – 4.18, PRL – 10.40. We were told that she has an higher FSH rate and normal method will not work. We tried IUI once and the result was negative.

In this scenario the doctor is advising me to go in for an IVF method with our own Sperm and Eggs. Kindly advise use on this as she has also told us that the success rate is only 40 and cost is around 1 Lakh for one cycle.

Hi Arun,
I' m not sure about options other than IVF. But IVF should help u. Also IVF success rates per cycle is much higher than IUI or other simple methods.
