i want to lightne my skin and as this site says that usin cumcumber juice helps but i also have spots on my face.will cucumber juice help lighten skin as well as get rid of spots or do i need to add lemon for that plss reply kwikly

Hi,

Cucumber juice is very mild and may not have any affect on your skin. It is soothing and regular applications may act as a toner but it is not a used in the Western world as a skin lightener.

You may have developed sun spots or the spots may be potential moles or warts, so you may want to see a certified dermatologist first.

Retinoic acid or Glycolic peels will definitely help with lightening your skin color as well as remove the spots if they are just discoloration.

Please see a Dermatologist first because this is your face and although cucumber juice will not have any adverse affects, the products mentioned above may cause reactions.

If you want to try the skin lighteners, then test an area of skin such as the wrist to see if you have an allergic reaction.
