i have heard that aloe vera is good for hair growth and skin. i have purchased a bottle of aloe vera gel. can anyone tell me how to use it...i mean do i apply it on the scalp or use it as a conditioner? i have dry hair. i also have an acne problem. can i apply this gel on my face too? do i use it as a face pack? verne replied. for replying so late.
I am sorry Aloe doesnt promote hair growth. The only main property of aloe vera is to soothe skin as a moisturiser, its usually applied on burns too.
Aloe will do nothing for your hair. but you can use it instead of your oil to massage your scalp, dont apply it for more than 2-3 hours.
You can use it on your face to moisturise it, it will have no action whatsoever on acne, but if you acne increases, stop using it.
You can use Aloe in a facial too.
