I was going through many parenting, pregnancy portals but could not get much knowledge about \";what should be ideal weight gain in lbs/kgs during 27-28 week pregnancy?\";.

Please let me know about this Archie, My last question has remained unanswered so trying to be precise this time.

I am worried about the total weight gain. I gained just 7 Kgs in 27 weeks. Does that really matter.

I am hopeful this time to get answer to my query.

I underwent ultrasound test yesterday.
Here are the details,
Please let me know if everything is adequate.

Fetus shows breech presentation
Normal cardiac activity and movements
No obvious anomaly is seen at this stage of gestation
Anterior placenta is normal in size and appearance
Quantity of liquor is adequate.
Internal OS is closed.

BPD – 6.8 cms (27 wks)
HC – 25.4 cms (27wks)
AC – 22.2 cms
FL – 5.0 cms (27 wks)

you have gained good weight for the gestation. Otherwise also if fetus is growing on target weight gain hardly matters.
