Hi all,
I have a problem of Oligospermia(Low Sperm Count and Low Sperm Motility).

We tried for ICSI in MARC, Chennai in Dec.2008, but no success.

Does homeopathy treatment will work?

Does anyone undergone any treatment for Oligospermia(Low Sperm Count and Low Sperm Motility) in homeopathy?

Please suggest some good hospitals with good success rates in Chennai.

Kindly help.

hi suresh, even i was suffering with very low count a year back, but now i´ m expecting my baby n hav normal count. i took homoeopathy treatment with dr.chaitanyas cure clinic at hyderabad n got good results. i heard they have opened a branch in chennai. jus check out homoeopathy does work.

Homeopathic medicines act well in case of Oligospermia, don' t worry about your problem. why still you are not trying homeopathic medicines?

i read about the doctor and the clinic which you mentioned.. but nowhere they have mentioned about ICSI with maturation arrest.. can you please give me insight to the treatment.. waiting for your reply..

yes i have been to dr.gunasheela.. met junior gunasheela.. they are not spending time at all... they have their own protocol to go about with the treatment.. but i feel the other junior consultants are fine.. you can give it a try... all the very best.. thanks for your valuable information.. i will check with it and let you know.. please update your treatment which will be helpful for us..

yes they have asked to go for micro deletion of Y chromosome.. we were waiting for biopsy result.. since it came out negative we did not go for chromosome test.. in biopsy result they could not find a single good sperm.. so doc said he will not do it..

Hi MK,

As u said tht u want to stop with ur treatment for gene passing reason to male offspring, does ur doctor haven´ t suggested DNA test for Y chromosome microdeletion to determine if there is any difference in Y chromosome.If this test comes positive we cannot proceed furthur as there is a chance of gene passing for male offspring.The site is cornellurology under this go for maleinfertility is the link for US cornell hospital.I came to know about this doctor from fertilityfriends site where u can search message board for maturation arrest.U can find people with same problem.This doctor will suggest Micro TESE (MTESE) instead of normal TESE for sperm retrieval.am searching for hospital where MTESE is available in India.Can u tell me abt ur experience with gunasheela hospital as u said u have visited number of hospitals in banagalore.Does u people also face the problem of varicocele.Waiting for ur reply...

i replied for your last thread also that you posted last year.. we face the problem of nil count but if there were some sperms i think its possible to increse the count.. i have heard arasavidhai and arasampazham will help to increase the count.. we tried also but with no effect.. you can try ayurveda shop in triplicane near to rathna cafe.. many persons with low count have been benifited it seems.. you can try it out.. many sidha clinics in chennai are only money minded they try to grasp you and suck your money so please be careful.. i have visited many ayurveda clinics.. you can try out kottakkal ayurveda.. they are genuine.. they are professional..
why did your ICSI failed at MAARC.. we were also about t o start ICSI at MAARC but did not take the treatment.. i asked for your help regarding MAARC last year but got no reply from you.. please do share your experience which would be helpful for us..

even my husbands biopsy revealed spermatocytic maturation arrest.. we did it at MMM chennai, doctor said if we go with icsi with such sperm the child would have abnormalities... so we are stopped here with our treatment procedure doc has adviced for donar for which we are still nt ready... doc said no possibitily for icsi also as we caanot retrieve any good sperm and he will nt do the procedure with abnormal sperm.. so the hospital in US wat will they do.. will they mature the sperm and procede with the icsi.. can you please tell me in detail about the treatment in US.. waiting eagerly for your reply..

Hi MK,

At present am located in Andhra(Kurnool)and my spouse is in UK(London).We got our problem analyzed in bangalore with Dr Vasan 1.5 yr back.But since we have to travel abroad we did not proceed furthur.So for this i came back to my home town 1 week back.My spouse got his Testical Biopsy done with Dr Dinesh apollo hospital,bangalore.Report is like spermatocytic arrest(maturation arrest).In UK treatment it´ s very costly.We heard about one hospital which is located in US that is Cornell hospitals(Dr Schelgel).He is top most doctor to treat this kind of case.But its very costly over there.Normal people cannot get treated from tht hospital.you can get lot of information on internet regarding the hospital.But regarding the hospitals in India am not getting to know where to go for this case.Dr Vasan said that my spouse has to get his TESE/ICSI treatment done .If any sperm found then we can proceed for ICSI or else of no use.Pls help me regarding the hospital where you got ur analysis done and experiences with any other hospital.Hw abt Gunasheela in bangalore?Pls reply as soon as possible as am very eager to know...

even we face non obstructive azoospermia.. did you find out the cause for it.. even we r helpless.. we have seen doctors in delhi, bangalore and chennai.. no solution.. they said only once can try with ICSI but its possible as they could not retrieve any sperm.. where are you located.. which doctor you went with.. only hope was ayurveda.. but even that doctor said only we can try.. and no good response for it even.. feeling helpless.. dont know what to do.. please update your treatment..thanks in advance..
