can anyone tell me how to apply eyeliner pencil or liquid.my problem is whenever i put pencil revlon or lakme pencil eyeliner it smudges and it makes my eyes dark frm below.it looks bad as my face is small n my eyes r very big

Have you ever heard about pen eye liner.... according to my own experience its really safe and easier to apply... Liquid eye liner just spread here and there while applying and pencil liner just smudge off... i recenetly bought one..Oriflame Beauty Eye Liner Stylo is a must to pick..
