why not drink something that is for sure beneficial for the growing baby you have all your life to binge on coke just some restraint for these most important months in your baby' s life!!!!

hi vertika ,
drinking soft drinks in usa DRs say no problem ..but i have heard from my close friends that drinking coke can harm the development of brain in baby b' coz it has caffine in it. but as long as white soda is concerned there is not suppose to be any problem ..i usually go for gingerel or white club soda ...but restrict the consumption as far as possible ...

horlicks with milk

i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
