hi i am in my 18th week and did an UltraSound .but doctor didnt confirm me 100% abt the baby gender..he said it too early...to come to an decision but i read that this is the week we get to knw the baby gender...so can anyone tell me ...when is the best time to knw... 'coz they have told me that...baby is......so n so...but they will confirm only in next visit... ..so my question is why is that they tell that way..and my doubt can the previous ultrasound ..gender test can go wrong..pls anser me..all i need a is healthy baby..but still human tendency...Curious!!!

hi, the doc confirmed my baby's gender in 15th week already.on the other hand, my cousin was told by ultrasound that she had a boy and when she delivered it was a girl. so i dont know how accurate is ultrasound.

hi, mayuri i guess ur doc is right.. the best time for baby gender detection is around 20-22 weeks... some times even week earlier is little confusing
so......... i have mine on 26th of this month
yay i m so excited
i will be almost 22 weeks done by that time
