i've gone thru my 18th week Ultra Sound Scanning.evrything was normal except for a complaint \";High Impedence Flow in the right part of the Uterus with persistence of Diastolic Notch\";. I was told that this is quite normal prob which says that therez less blood flow for the fuetus.I was given \";Ecosprin\"; tablet to have one daily.Can anybody help me to what extent does this prob effect my baby growth and how serious is it?i've also gone thru some sites where i found that this problem results in fuetus growth retardation and cesearians.

your pregnancy will be monitored closely to find any traces of IUGR, the possible trouble you learned through net search.
usually ecospirin improves blood flow, it's blood thinning treatment to improve blood supply to uterus. Your baby is likely be fine with the treatment as the flow is expected to improve.
