Due Date Club December 2007:abt head position of baby

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant.My blood pressure , everything is normal.I went to doctor, found out that my baby is in breech position.Which week ur baby is in head down position?Ur suggestions needed.I am so tensed about it.

Hey Ritu,

Relaxxx !!!! if the babys head or breech (i mean the presenting part) is not fixed and is floating then, it can change any moment so dont worry:)

Head position

As per the week by week development calendar given by this website, by 30th week the baby should be in the head down position. maybe you can wait for one more week and check with the doctor what he/she says.

My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Not to worry

If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
