It was good to hear from some more people. I am trying to write and have not been able to do it with never ending laundry and cooking and cleaning! I don't know if any of you have been affected by I-485 retrogession. We have to wait forever now for our green card and can't move out of this small town for god knows how long! I am trying to get out for a walk or something during the day because evenings are getting chillier and darker sooner but can't find time from all the silly chores. Diya is crawling well now and tries to stand up all the time now. She prefers her Daddy to me and it makes me jealous of Ramesh. Her hair is growing curlier day by day. I don't remember if I told about piercing her ears. If I already mentioned it, forgive my mommy brain:) We did it on Aug 31st at Walmart. She was in shock for a second and couldn't even cry for a minute. Then she cried for sometime and was ok after I took her around.She is also into pulling plugs from power outlets! She doesn't play with the toys I get her but gets into all the dangerous things around the house!
Vani: Good to hear about Rishi's mottai. I want to do that to Diya too when we come to India. Which temple did you take him to? Do you mash the rice and dhal or do you give it like how we eat?

Vidya Tweetie replied. yeah my brother is also affected by the new greencard regulations, but I feel they'd made some amendment to it facilitating a easier progress...'cos so much of the brainds in this country comes from Indians and they wouldn't want to make it diff.for us.
