Hi,
Has anyone got their blood tested for CRP (C-reactive Protein). THis was one of the routine tests carried out but it was positive for me. This basically measures amount of CRP (a type of protein which increases when there is some infection or inflammation in the body). Only problem is it does not tell the doc where the problem is. I have been given Antibiotics but am worried about any effect on the baby

Hey Nanz,

Doctors will know if there are any horrid side effects. Drs always give medicines weighing the pros and cons..!

So donn worry, think positive.

I hope someone who has gone through similar experience may reply to you.. till then think positive.
