hi everybody,
yesterday i got my results of gtt.i passed the test,i had no sugar.i was so happt that i passed the test in flying colours.how r u all doing??i get backache very often,mainly while sleeping.i go to the restroom often at night n my sleep gets hampered.i really feel the pressure in the down part of my body.are u all facing the same.i am little bit anemic,so can u PLS suggest what type of food to increase the blood level.

Congrats u passed the GTT test. Even my test result was ok. Even my iron level in blood was bit low so doctor has prescribed iron tablets for me. I take one daily. If you eat spinach or karela regulary it helps a lot. Both of them contain iron. For back ache try to maasage daily with warm mustard oil, it really helps a lot. And do it before u go to sleep, it helps to get good sleep too. I too have problem getting sleep coz have to rush to restroom in between.
