don't eat in the morning. just don't have tea as ur first intake as it increases acidity. just take a rusks, biscuits which is fine to eat for a preganant women and eat that first as it gives u some solid food intake then drink tea but not before 11 o clock in the morning. in the morning try to drink juices and soups which warm up ur body and u will not feels sick. drink water in the frist thing in the morning which helps u to puke out all the things which remain in ur stomach when u r sick and then after 1 hr gap try to get hot food and avoid dry and cold food. it might help. or even if doesn't help visit ur gynec.
