see what they are going to tell you is the same you will be doing out of sensible reasoning. they are going to tell you you what to eat how much to eat, how much of nutritive content is there and what kind of food and the like. maybe a supplement or two. you can make your lifestyle healthy by choosing the right kind of things. what a daily meal should consist to make a healthy and disease free living are cereals, pulses, food rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, a considerate amount of iron and calcium, carbohydrates to an extent. thats what they are going to tell you. spinach, sprouted beans, vegetables like carrot, beetroot, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, potatoes and eggs, fish, poultry, milk, soya, wheat bread and the like, fruits and fruit juices, multi-vitamin supplements, water, and the like are all they are going to recommend. same with the dos and donts about beauty which you can do all by yourself for your body and from the outside. the healthy food you eat is going to reflect beautifully on the skin outside. enhance its shine with a little bit more with a polish from the outside with exfoliation, freshness, fullness, smoothness and glow. thats all about it. and you will be charged for what you already knew but didnt know how to use. thats it. they will work. but it depends on how well you are going to be adhering to what is suggested. but, sometimes it is worth the money and while to meet them once. so that once and for all for the rest of your life, you will know what you should do. they may not tell you everything in one sitting. you will be made to come frequently. but thats about the trade. nobody in business spills everything he/she knows at a shot. as much as they try hard to seek customers, they also tactfully make their customers come back.

if you have been in this forum, you would have seen a few adverstisers like chandrika, who apparently is from bangalore. you may try her. she has advertised herself recently in one of the messages. she has been here on and off for a quite a long time now. why dont you give her a chance and give her a try? maybe she will help you?
