Doc refered to take Infertility Tests.
May be we can know the resons why its happend repeatdly...Actually my FIL,MIL are both doctors in Nellore(AP).
They said \";we have a medications here in India to stop the Miscarriege.\"; But here in USA doctors didn't use anything to stop from getting miscarriege.my Insurence covers these tests.But I dont know which the best place for treatment..? Im trying for jobs now..

Dear Renu,

I am so sorry to hear about your miscarriages. I totally understand what you are going through. Because I had 2 miscarriages myself, one in oct 2001 another in oct 2003 both at 7 weeks just like yours. Me and my DH are trying again for past 4 months without sucess. I know too well that miscarriage is very painful, both physically and emotionally (all the questions we try to answer ourselves like..why me? what did I do wrong..and the lonliness eventhough we are literally surrounded by people...etc, only the ones who had recurrent miscarriages can understand..it's very hard). All I could say to you is, please hang in there, trust in God...eventhough at times it is very difficult. He has a plan for everything. Go for the treatments soon. You are only 23 you are still young. If your insurance doesn't cover the treatments here in US, it is better to do that in India. Indian doctors are really good besides you can get lot of support from your parents.
When I had my 2nd miscarriage, I went to the nearby library (in spite of my depression and sadness) and found this book on miscarriage.
\";Preventing Miscarriage : The Good News\";
by Jonathan Scher,Carol Dix - it gave what I desparately wanted at that time: comfort, answers to all my questions and more importantly HOPE. I highly recommend that you get this book and read for yourself, whenever you feel like it. Meanwhile, if you want any support, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am in US as well, near chicago. Take care Renu, I will remember you in my daily prayers.

Lots love and prayers,
latha

Hi Renu,
I am feeling very sorry after knowing that it was 3rd miscarriage. Do you know what was the cause of all 3 misscarriage? Is the same doctor treating you from the beginning? Do you see any similarity in all 3 cases like spotting, infection etc.? If there were not such symptoms in any pregnancy, guess do what doctor is suggesting and go for fertility test.

When I had my 8th week missed abortion last year, doctor has taken only Glucose test (3hrs) and told me that in case missed abortion and miscarraige repeate twice or thrice then only will suggest fertility test and that to due to my age, I was 31 that time.

I will pray to God that things goes well this time with you.

Take care,
Sudha

Infertility is a very hard thing to hit a woman. I can't imagine what it must be like. My sister went through it. She was told that she was infertile by her doctor. Her husband was a doctor too, but besides all the knowledge they could do nothing. Then they tried going for IVF. At first they were resistant, they were double minded. But then my sister went to various fertil... - Lillian [View Message]
