can anybody tell me of a homemake recipe that i can do at home to make my body glow?

hi roxana,

an oil bath once every week should keep your skin glowing. for glow on facial skin: a mixture of tomato juice, glycerine and lemon juice to be applied and left for 20 minutes before rinsing.

for glow on neck: raw papaya juice to be applied and rinsed off after 20 minutes.

for glow of hands, legs, thighs, stomach and back: a good scrub made out of apricot and walnut mixed with milk cream. apply it and let it stay for 20 minutes and rinse off.

for glow of feet and hands: a good pedicure and manicure respectively.

drink tomato juice and orange juice (200 ml of each) everyday. buttermilk (200 ml) everyday. a cup of spinach morning afternoon and night. drink (atleast 8-9 litres) water everyday. a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teapoon of honey. eat fish everyday if you are a non-veggie.
