Hi Priya again,
Its ok if u dont know about websites, i hardly know anything myself, i meant not to sell ur remedies, i meant u could create a website and offer advice to everyone, people will get to know u more and it will help many other people, ur a wonderful person so i think u should. How have u come across all these remedies? seems like its through experience. Really dont want to bother u so much, firstly i wanna thank u soooo much 4 the advice. Just confused- what do u mean by Curd, Lemon curd or milk? and does the bleaching work effectively for the upper lip? thanku so much. oh and i almost forgot my mum wants a bit of advice!!!! shes 39 and she wants to get rid of her flabby stomach! sounds V. embarrassing, but she gets depressed, is there any home remedies or any fast way of getting rid of it? thanku sooo much again, may God bless u with a very happy life.

i think i am happy here. i just dont have the time to manage a website. sounds complicated. all i know is from the experience through my growing years, as you rightly said. i had all possible problem till my teens. i did once believe in alopathy and discarded naturopathy as a waste of time. when alopathy brought drastic changes, it also allowed recurence. as a final recourse i settled for nautropathy and i seriously dont repent that choice. sometimes my friends tease me over being so outdated. but i guess noone can run away from the truth that we live very close to nature and far from the heavy bucks that is the demand of alopathy. and what i know today come largely from my great grandmother and grandmother. and i pick up the advice of everyone and try them. i retain the ones i feel that works and experiment on things that have not worked to make it work. and i read a lot. so i know a little of this and that. and everytime i visit our village, i talk to the oldies and ask them about things they used to do. they give excellent herbal tips. my mom educates me on the more newer remedies and the things i dont know. so its a combined effort of all put together that reaches you all.

curd is yoghurt. lemon is the citrus fruit. the juice of which i recommend to use. the combination of curd, lemon juice and milk which is optional bleaches the hair and blends it to the colour of the skin. milk crea applied overnight will remove all the delicate hair off the upper lip and at a large degree the facial hair that are very delicate.

what your mum needs is a brisk walk for a whole 45 minutes. the flabbiness is the consequencial residue of her pregnancy. and even the gynecs advice a brisk walk to any exercise or diet. she should be tightening the stomach muscles within 2 months max. with the brisk walk. not necessary that she goes for a walk only in the morning, even at night, it will do. its pointless to go for a walk during the noon or late afternoon, because one gets tired and there is no point doing it, as she would lose interest in just a few days. listening to music while walking can decreases the sense of monotony and boredom and she will even stop thinking of how much more she has to walk. these are very practical tips. yet simple.
