My husband is very fond of eating fish and I want to give him the best,which is the most healthy and nutrtious fish.Iam a gujju so I dont have knowledge about fish Rita replied. You can poach fish in a water or fry it in a pan with oil.

i am also a great lover of fish. u can try surmai or bangda. both taste delicious when fried or made into a curry. mostly all the small fishes are tastier than the big ones i.e. mandeli lep rawas etc. all these fishes are easily available in indian markets , mumbai. i suppose ur from mumbai.

I' m an American engaged to an Indian man who happens to be a big fish eater. I don' t like it very much but I prepare it for him. Some good ones to eat are Salmon, fresh tuna, and mahi-mahi. I don' t know how easy these are to find in India, nor where you would buy them other than a fish market, but in America where I live it' s very easy to get any kind of fish. They' re very easy to cook, too and can be made many ways.

I cook fish either in the oven with olive oil and lemon juice (covered so they do not dry out) or in the microwave oven. They don' t smell very good when they cook but that' s normal! and they cook fast.
