Planning a Baby  Discussion Forum

Just wanted to share my idea about why this is happening-infertility. I feel It is just the new mrdern era we are in and most of them are facing this issue. As per my mother in her times only 1 or 2 in 1000 will have this problem to conceive now 10 in all 100 couples face this.
I dont know if its becoz of the food (not as nutritional as in olden days) or our lifestyle( we work less with new gajets). In sidha treatment method the couples are asked to cook and eat healthy food in mud pots(earthen wear).
Any of you know why this is happening?
If we know atleast we could save the next generation from this.................. Nee replied. Yes, I completly agree.

Food, environment, diet everything matters. Nowadays we are more eating junk food rather than cooking food at home. Also use of latest gadjets.

Ayurveda is best option. Only thing is you have to wait to see results.And one reason I think which we lack is patience. New generation doesnt have patience, including me. After 3 natural trials, if nothing happens we rush to hospital and the doctors so called infertility specialist ooze out all your hard earned money by giving you steriods and stimulators , which will have bad impact later.
I really find almost all Infertility specialists money minded. And some times I feel I am just a mere experiment for them.But as this is one thing which we never want to compromise in our life, we go ahead and spend everything to get a baby.

Anyway , all the best to all ladies out there.
You never know when miracles happen. You get it when you least expect.. :)

For male infertility,it is said that use of gadgets like laptops on their laps heats up the scrotum which holds the testes.The reason why the testes are outside the body is to keep it at a lower temp than the body. It' s the same when men jump on hot motor bikes after keeping it parked in the sun.

As for women,the diet of the mother during the conception of the female baby comes into play.These days every food has got hormones in them because everything needs to be grown and put up in the market fast.For that reason farmers are using hormones when growing their product,which interact with our horomones when we eat them.To avoid this eating organic food as much as possible during pregnancy is the best option.
I am sure there are so many of other theories.Hope others will share.
