Finally could get out of office yesterday for maternity leave. Hoping to be in touch with you all more often from now on. As like others, I would like to continue to communicate with this group even after delivery. I too feel using yahoo group ID is best. I really don't want to miss all of you. You all have been a great support during this pregnancy period.

Yesterday I had doc appointment. My cervix is 50% effaced and alomost 1cm dilated. Let's see how it goes. I am in my 39th week. Will start 40th week next wednesday. Just awaiting to see my baby. A day seems like 48 hours not 24 hours.

Coming to discomforts, having lots of aches and pains. Guess, we will have to live with them for a while now.

Nice to hear from you after soo long.Does your dr do internal every week?Mine doesn't,after my GBS she says only if i have a contraction she will do.Good to know your cervix has begun to prepare for labour.IAM SURE YOU R WALKING&TAKING CARE.My 40th too starts this week on thursday.Gosh this weekend may be tension filled!My hubby want me to have the baby this weekend lets see what happens!!Keep posting&enjoy your dys at home!!

Hi Manvi,

Hope u r doing good. My doc asked me before itself if I i would like her to check my cervix. As I asked her to do the chekup, she continue to do that.

Ur mom must have come. You too enjoy time with her.
