My second ivf also failed. It' s such a depressing feeling that this time i was n' t even reacting..am numb.no crying..nothing. am still not able to belive that my ivf tuned into failure.lining was good, embryos were good then whats wrong with me that am not able to conceive throuhg ivf.why god is not helping me. why its like this?hope is slowly fading away frm me.dont know what nxt??am feeling soo helpless that i can' t change this situation by myself...its so frustrating...why still am alive...sorry for being so negetive...but u guys tell me how can i think positve at this moment..bye

Thanks alot for your explaination and advice.I will consult with my hus and decide about another IVF at the earliest as I have cross 35.
I have done on ICSI in the month of Feb. For 70 days I was on progonova tablet. This month the Dr. has us to try with just Letroz tab. I hope and pray atleast month he will try another ICSI.
Once again I thank u' ll for sharing your exp and knowledge with me reg my infertility report.
Bye and I will assurely inform u' ll reg the procees.. bye and I will remember u' ll in my prayer..

I' m regular reader of this forum. Its very useful in many ways. Some months back i have posted my experience on IVF. Thanks for the reply.

Again I want to share my laproscopy report so that someone (or Drs) who has gone through this same diagnosis can give a opinion/suggestion/advice. I want to know were my problems lies. I am able to ask my Dr to explain in details the laparoscopy finding cos he is very busy person and does not spent more than 5 mins. The Dr who did the operationa and the present Dr to whom i am consulting are totally different. He does not give any important to the report cos he has not done it or trust the report.
Laparoscopy findings:
Uterus :normal. Fixed due to adhesion in pod. Bowel adherent to posterior surface of uterus.
Right Ovary: Adherent to posterior surface of uterus. Chocolate cyst 2x2cm.fulgurated.
RightTube: Mild Hydrosalphinx++
Left Ovary: Adherent to posterior surface of uterus. Active Endometriosis lesion seen.
Left Tube: Mild hydrosalphinx++
Spill (R+) : (-)
(L+) : +after IV flush.
Diagnosis : Grade III endometriosis.
Bilateral Hydrosalphinx++.
Chocolate cyst right.

With the above Diagnosis, is it true that I cant conceive normally. Any reply towards will be very awaited and appreciatd.

i dont understand what they mean by male factor problem since FSH and LH are common for both gender... i dont know if its high.. coz seems to be within range.. you beter ask your doctor and clarify your doubts.... im not sure about your HSG reports.. as UK said dont waste your precoiyus time and age trying our for normal conception.. you have many examples in front of you.. so fasten up your treatment and lets know your gooood result.. all the very best da...

Hi ADY

Even i had somewhat the same result for my hystrolaproscopy result. What i say may not be relevent for your case but as per my doc she say its both tubal block.Bilateral tube block. It is very difficult to get pregneant normal.
Then even i had the chocolate cysts.
It is formed by some harmonal imbalance and its another factor for infertility.
Few things in the list match my result so please my kind advice is not to waste your time trying naturally. Before you are old try IVF as the sucess rate is more when you are young. IUI can be successfulful only when both tubes are patent.So unlike me dont waste money on IUI. I had 3 iui failed.

Hello Likita,
I totally understand where you are coming from. I am an NRI too is US and adoption really is not that simple for us folks. However, keep thinking positive. Especially, when there is nothing wrong with you both medically it will even. GOD is really testing us, but we should not give in that easy. I am PCO and have had 3 failed IVF cycles. Sure, feel very frustrated and upset, cry alot after the negative results and when I get my periods. But, then jump right back into the ext step. Although, my doc here is very encouraging and positive. He wants us to try again, so we are. We have stated with the stimulations. Will see what happens. Trust your instincts and your DOCTOR! Things will work out -lots of baby dust on you.

thankx for all ur reactions.Monica congrats!Its a big desision n most imp is u r happy! god bless u both n ur lil angel. i am much better today(thanks to my hubby).once i thought of adoption but still this hope of i can get pregent (bcoz both of us have no compication/problem)pushes this thought away ann my NRI status which makes adoption complicated so right now am not at all mentally prepared for adoption bcoz its too sensitive issue n its not jst abt us its about a little one. In-law' s reaction n all make it more complicated. Am not over weight, hubby' s sperm count is good, egg qlty good, embryos cameout good just dont know why not implantation happening? i think i may go for one more cycle of ivf!dont know...confused...thankx for all reply.guys keep in touch. uk whr r u planning ur ivf?

Dear ladies

hi ady,
regarding the block tubes i m not sure also about it, i just told you what i felt and what my results are.

The male factor in a female. I have faced this issue few years back. I was 18 years and not married then when i went to doctor she right away told me on my face that i will have problem conceiving. She is quite experianced and old she told me that because of my facial/hand hair growth. She told that if you have PCO´ s and male harmones to a high level the hair growth is more. Then i was not much worried about it, now after so many years i think of her.

Hope u r fine. I will be starting my pills this month. I was a bit confused when to start it. I have to visit my doc soon.Little worried about ET and the travel home for 2 hours.
MK what is biopsy? Is your treatment going fine. Hope you got a nice doctor, you were looking for one. I m doing it with geetha haripriya.
Monica, Hope you and you little angel are fine. Keep posting what she is doing and how you are doing.
Positive, i will pray for you and definelty( i feel from inside my heart) you will be a proud mom this time. gud luck.

Thanks alot for your immediate reply.
Does Bilateral Hydrosalphinx++ mean block in the tube. Earlier Dr who did the lap said my infertility is due to IIIgrade Endometriosis and did not mention anything regarding the tube block.
Then I had to move out from that state due to my hubby job and consult another DR. He adviced me saying endometriosis may not be the problem for infertility. Done blood test and said I have Male factor problem.. I want to know what does this mean. My FSH : 6.84 & LH:5.49. Does this male factor is a main factor for infertility? I have done one IUI and ICSI which both was a failure.. Dr. asked me to do another ICSI in july. I am totally confused and unable to understand my problem. Can u pl explain it to me reg male factor....

Awaiting ur reply.. and once again thank u´ ll very much for your reply. U r real Dr to me.. Others r after money....etc..

Hi Likitha

I have planned my IVF in july in chennai prasanth hospital. I will be going in for icsi as it has more success rate. I actually wanted to do it in CRAFT Hospital(4 of my friends got preg in first atempt ICSI) in kerala but it is going to be too far for us so we will be doing it in prasanth. Meanwhile i m trying to reduce my weight. Doc says my tubes(bilateral) are blocked, so i dont think i will ever have a chance to conceive natural. Lets keep our fingers crossed and will keep you posted.

I m sorry i dont have words to comfort you. I definitely know that you have to divert your attention somewhere. I would say you should think of adopting also, becoz Monica is happy with her decision. You keep trying even though you adopt. Defintely it will happen but just to divert your thoughts and at the end you wont feel empty, you will have a motive to live and you will gift a child with happy future.I just gave you my opinion if you dont like it please ignore as it easy to advice than to be in the position.I just told you what i m going to do if god is not willing to help.
Now i too feel low due to the days are nearing. I very well know that this is going to be my first and last ivf. Only god know how much i have undergone to make it financially for this ivf and i m sure i dont have a second trial. I m tried my best to reduce my weight. Likitha is your weight ok? Dont let go your confidence as we are here to live. We are very lucky to be atleast like this than being physically and mentally challenged. Think positive and i know the society sucks sometimes. You know my situation is the talk of the town now and the most active partcipants of the talk are my own inlaw people. GOD HAS TO OPEN HIS EYES.
Likitha start you treatment after sometime and hope it will be great. MK keep posting your updates of treatment. have you found any nice clinics?
